Michelin star restaurant Daalder - Plush Velvet

Less than six months after chef Dennis Huwaë received his first Michelin star with Daalder, the team is packing the restaurant. Includes star. Daalder moves to Postjesweg 1 in Amsterdam and takes all the best with them to their new location in Het Sieraad. There, in the former Edel, Huwaë finds the space to further distinguish himself again. In taste and atmosphere.

 

The upholstery of the furniture was provided by furniture manufacturer & project upholsterer B&B Stoffering in Rosmalen.

Daalder Experience

The environment may be completely different; In their new home, the team serves all Daalder signatures with the same personal chat at the table, that real attention, and with the relaxed but precise service.

 

‘At Daalder we want to get as many different guests as possible at the table. That's possible here.' The polished brass and marble of their home in the Jordaan are making way for neon, graphic shapes, and street art at Daalder's new location. At the Postjesweg, the place is bursting with energy with a bar to enjoy a drink through the evening, the round 8-person booths where groups of friends come together, and music that also adds flavor to the evening.

Plush Velvet

4 Outdoor Plush Velvet, also known as velour, the plush velvet is a soft and glossy fabric suitable for outdoors. The Plush Velvet has a lustrous powerful colour dynamic, what gives the luxurious appearance where velvet is known for.  

 

What makes our Plush Velvet so unique is that it is suitable for outdoor use. The fabric is water-repellent, 100% solution dyed acrylic, UV-resistant and easy cleanable. 

 

A neutral colour can be chosen so the Plush Velvet blends perfectly with the exterior or interior. On the other hand a bright-colour can be an eye catcher and the attention can be drawn to the upholstery.
